Delivery & Returns

If you have changed your mind and your product is unopened, you may return it within 14 days of ordering.

If your product is faulty within 28 days, please email support-instantpot@exertis.com

How do I return my item?

  1. Go to My Account > Return Request.

  2. Select the order you wish to return.

  3. Choose the reason for your return and confirm.

  4. You will receive an email with a return label. Please attach this label to your package.

  5. Drop off your package at one of the DPD locations 

  6. Once your item is received at our warehouse, it will be inspected.

  7. Your refund will be issued within 7 working days after inspection.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The package must be unopened and in new condition.

  • All original packaging and accessories must be included.

  • The item must show no signs of physical or water damage.

If these conditions are not met, the item will be returned to you, and no refund will be issued.
